Option 1: Automatic Updates Via Envato Toolkit<\/h3>\n

Option 2: Manual Updates Via FTP\/SFTP Override<\/h3>\n
Of course you can always update by simply overriding all files via FTP or SFTP.<\/p>\n

- Step 1<\/strong>: Download the \u201cInstallable WordPress file only\u201d from ThemeForest.<\/li>\n
- Step 2<\/strong>: Access your server via FTP or SFTP (if you aren\u2019t sure how usually your webhost will have instructions somewhere on their site)<\/li>\n
- Step 3<\/strong>: Upload to wp-content\/themes\/<\/li>\n
- Step 4<\/strong>: Delete and override the \u201cengitech\u201d folder files with the new ones downloaded in step 1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Important<\/strong>: Sometimes files are deleted inside the Theme so make sure that your program is deleting all files and uploading the new ones when it overrides instead of simply \u201cupdating newer files\u201d. It can cause issues if you have files on your server inside the theme that are no longer used in the theme itself.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
