After you download the package from ThemeForest, please unzip it. You’ll see a file called theratio.zip<\/strong>, which is the main file needed to upload and install.<\/p>\n

Important: One of the most common reasons people have issues is because they try uploading the full zip that includes demo content, theme, documentation\u2026etc which displays the \u201cThe package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.<\/strong>\u201d error. Please make sure you are uploading only the installable theme which is called theratio.zip<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Now that you made sure WordPress is up to date you can install the theme and there are two ways to install Theratio, via WordPress or via FTP.<\/p>\n

Install Theratio via WordPress<\/h3>\n

Step 1<\/strong> –\u00a0Log into your WordPress website and go to Appearance > Themes<\/strong> and click Add New.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 2<\/strong>\u00a0– Click \u00a0Upload Theme.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 3<\/strong>\u00a0– Browse the theratio.zip<\/strong> file on your computer and click Install Now.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 4<\/strong>\u00a0– Once WordPress has unpacked and installed the theme, just click to activate<\/strong> it.<\/p>\n

If you get the \u201cAre You Sure You Want To Do This\u201d<\/strong> message when installing theratio.zip file via WordPress, it means you have an upload file size limit. You need to install the theme via FTP, or contact\u00a0your hosting provider to increase the limit.<\/p>\n

Install Theratio via\u00a0FTP<\/h3>\n

Step 1 –\u00a0<\/strong>Unzip the theratio.zip<\/strong> file, you’ll get a folder theratio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 2 –<\/strong>\u00a0Log into your hosting space via an FTP software(<\/strong>Use a FTP client like FileZilla<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Step 3 – <\/strong>Upload that folder to wp-content\/themes<\/strong> folder on your host.<\/p>\n
